Frank Foole

After graduating as an architect from the Delft University of Technology, Frank Foole (NL, 1958) founded Noorderlicht Architecten, a consultancy and design studio. The studio works on the design of museums, theaters and airports, as well as heritage renovation. Next to that, Foole is lecturer at the Hague University of Applied Sciences. He is interested in the contrast between architectural movements, which take a long time to emerge, and the fast and easy way in which we make the new digital visual culture our own.
