ABOUT EDITION 15
The fifteenth edition will take place from 27 November 2026 until 17 January 2027. With Edition 15, we want to capture a snapshot of our time – the zeitgeist – through the lens of light art. We are looking for new ideas, as well as existing works. In the artist briefing you can find all information about Edition 15, the different types of concepts and corresponding budgets.
WHAT IS THE OPEN CALL?
During the Open Call we invite creatives from all over the world to submit (an idea for) a light artwork. Both light art professionals and newcomers can submit an idea. After the deadline, a careful selection process takes place. The selected artworks will he part of the festival route. This all happens with technical and financial support of the festival.
Got little experience, but an illuminating idea? Share it with us! Got an existing light artwork that deserves an international stage? Share it with us! We encourage creatives from various backgrounds, gender identities and ethnicities to participate.
