What a special anniversary edition it was! After 53 days the lights are off and deconstruction of the artworks has started.
THE HIGHLIGHTS
What a special anniversary edition it was. About a week before the start of the festival the traditional evening cruises were not possible anymore. After two weeks of early morning and late afternoon cruises, the festival was cancelled in its entirety. Even though the organized (group) activities were not allowed, there was light. The artworks were on every evening between 5.00 - 10.00 p.m. and were a beacon of light for many people. DECONSTRUCTION
After having illuminated the city for 53 days, the deconstruction of the artworks is in full swing. Our technical team is busy taking down the artworks and packing them up. Many of them will travel to shine at other light festival all over the world. Take a look at our team in action:
