Piet Hume
Piet Hume is a British/Dutch artist who divides his time between Amsterdam and Cologne. He graduated as a visual artist from the Kunstakademie Dusseldorf in Germany and makes artworks, ranging from sculpture to performance, that are multidisciplinary, layered in meaning, and often poetic in nature. Hume finds inspiration for his work in philosophical texts, scientific research, and historical events that he discovers while browsing the Internet.
