'Ana Morphè' is a project in which laser beams are aimed at the water. The water acts as a canvas. The work is an homage to water; water is, after all, one of the foundations of our existence.
As we sail through the canals, no one thinks about how special water actually is. It exists in solid- , liquid, and even gas form (ice, water, steam); from crystalline to amorphous – where the name is derived from! Nielen uses lasers in a poetic way that lets you pass through the artwork.
