The team behind The Sun.

The Sun is designed by Zenisk, led by creative director Kristin Bredal and realized in collaboration with Lørenskog municipality and their curator Ola Beskow.

Zenisk is an independent design studio specializing in lighting design with a strong technical, aesthetic, and artistic foundation. The studio’s multidisciplinary team brings together expertise from architecture, theatre, exhibition design, and construction, creating unique experiences where light defines identity, clarity, and atmosphere — always with environmental awareness at the core.

Ola Beskow, Cultural Project Leader at Lørenskog Hus, focuses on music theatre and light installations. Among his notable projects is LYSGLIMT (2019–2020), developed in close collaboration with 20 design students from OsloMet.

Kristin Bredal, founder, CEO, and Creative Director of Zenisk, is an acclaimed and lighting designer whose work spans stage, architecture, and urban environments. Her innovative approach to light has earned multiple national and international awards. Among her notable projects is: Northern Light Arches. A light art installation in Oslo. Light festival mapping for Kongsberg festival. Set and lighting design for numerous productions throughout Europe.
