Next Connection

In the same way, under our feet lie thousands of cables constantly sending signals back and forth. They connect cities and span oceans that separate continents. We are infinitely connected by flashes of light and the eyes that perceive them. Everyday more and more connections are being made, but how truly meaningful are they? Yasser Ballemans invited students to connect, eye to eye, with one another to think about what the Next Connection might be. Like the fiber optic cables below us and between us, the Next Connection is all around us. Who (or what) are you looking at?
