Yes, despite the new covid measures the lights will be on and the cruises take place during the adjusted festival hours. All cruises must be terminated before 5.00 p.m. Cruise tickets that will be back after 5.00 p.m. can be changed to another timeslot or date; new cruise times are available between 3.00 pm and 3.45 p.m.*
*This goes for our canal cruises and (semi) open boat cruises, sold through our ticket shop. For the ‘On Request’ cruises, please contact the boat company directly.
Cruise tickets can be changed for the period until December 18, for the new departure times (3.00 p.m. and 3.45 p.m.) or for the period after December 19. For the latter, the ‘normal’ festival hours (5.00 p.m. - 11.00 p.m.) are in place, until further notice.
You may do this yourself, unless you’ve made use of a promo code (then read the question below).
1. Search for the order confirmation containing your tickets.
2. Scroll down and click on ‘Manage your order’.
3. Then click on ‘Booking details’ and on ‘Edit booking’.
4. Move the booking to another date and/or time slot.
5. Your new ticket(s) will be emailed to you directly.

You may find the order number on your order confirmation. The subject of the order confirmation mail starts with some letters and/or numbers; this is your order number! You can also find it at the bottom of the order confirmation and on your ticket.

Between 2 and 18 December, the light artworks are on between 7.00 - 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 - 5.00 p.m. After 19 December we hope the lights can be on longer again.

Your tickets can be requested again via this link. The map itself will be visible once activated at the festival and is valid for 48 hours from that point onward. On November 30 we will send everyone who has purchased a Walk ticket an email with further information.
No, that is not necessary. You may show the tickets on your smartphone.

It is possible to purchase tickets near the departure locations of the boats. We advise you to book your tickets in advance, to secure your spots. The walk tickets can only be purchased online, for now.

The biggest canal cruise boats have a capacity of 60-80 people. For bigger groups, or a customized/private cruise there are many options available. Visit this page for an overview.
There are no discounts for groups or elderly people.
We work together with CJP. If you have a CJP card, you can get a discount. More information.
Select your products first. In step 2 of the order process you can fill in your promo code. The discount will be automatically deducted from your total amount.
