If you have purchased tickets directly via our ticket shop, we are going to automatically refund you. All refunds should be processed by the end of February. If you have purchased tickets via a third party (discount website, loyalty program, etc.) you need to directly contact the third party for a refund.
Tickets for Edition #11 (2022-2023) are not for sale yet. We expect our ticketshop to open in October 2022.
No, the artworks are placed in the public space. However, if you would like to know the route, exact locations and background information about the artworks and artists you can purchase a Cruise or a Walk ticket.
